Winklevoss twins sue each other, both claim original Facebook concept

Failing to shake out Mark any further, the Winklevoss twins are now turning against each other, both claiming they had the original idea for Facebook.

The Winklevoss twins, the notorious Harvard students who tried to build up the social network site ConnectU with Mark Zuckerberg’s help, recently made a second attempt to shake out more from the Facebook CEO, after the $65 million they obtained from their 2008 lawsuit tragically sunk in a leaky rowing boat during a 2009 boat race.

After failing to convince the United States District Court that their case called for what they believe would be “appropriate relief”, the twins and their business partner Divya Narendra put on quite a show for the Supreme Court, in which they enacted an entire Greek tragedy to make their point. Although a visiting theater producer was delighted with the performance, the judges cruely told the twins to “stick it where the sun don’t shine” and had security escort them out.

Now, the twins are even falling apart, with Cameron and Tyler each claiming the concept for the ConnectU social network site as their own idea. For years, it seemed the twins were strongly united in their heroic fight against Big Bad Facebook, but an accidental smack with a rowing peddle set off a huge fight last week, leaving the rowing boat in half and three ducks dead.

Yesterday, both of them filed a lawsuit against the other half, with various charges of stealing cash from the other’s room, emotional blackmail, and some kidnapping as well. Judges at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts are reportedly looking forward to the latest episode of The Winklevoss Twins: Against All Odds.
