Microsoft is still working hard on Windows 8, and Steve Ballmer says it's great, but our Microsoft experts have a hard time getting all excited about it.

Microsoft is still working hard on Windows 8, and only a few things have leaked out so far. As Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer told us in our interview about the many interesting features of Windows 8, it will be released somewhere between 10:15 and 10:20 AM on June 28, 2012, but our Microsoft experts are having a hard time getting all excited about it. Here’s why.
